Enumerations has the following comments: 1. This plan appears to be replacing an existing building addressed as 2248 Stella Dr. A wrecking permit for the existing building must be issued prior to Enumerations approval of any plans submitted for a new structure. 2. The new primary building on site can re-use the existing address of 2248 Stella Dr. The proposed secondary building will need a unique street address. The applicant should contact Enumerations prior to building plan submittal to get an address assigned for use on the submitted plans.
