The FAEs should match the paragraphs in the SIA in terms of dollar amounts.

Has Brad signed off on the reduced dollar amounts which are reflected in the SIA for the overall subdivision improvements?

The plat exhibit lots sold does not reflect which party is responsible for which lots were sold to builders (sidewalk area), nor does it depict developer responsibilities. Identify which lots are the responsibility of the various builders listed in the SIA, developer, and other builders....

The SIA should list the name of the party providing collateral, bank, and dollar amount like the original did so we can hold and release the appropriate amount to the appropriate party.
