Plat exhibit for lots sold and deferred sw exhibit:
no markups were provided on the plat exhibit, hatching on the updated (email from Rich 12/19 at 12:37pm) has a hatch error. Please fix hatch detail and resubmit.

FAE for sidewalk:
Please have owner/developer sign and return for approval.

FAE for overall subdivision:
Please have owner/developer sign and return for approval.

The FAEs should match the paragraphs in the SIA in terms of dollar amounts.

Has Brad signed off on the reduced dollar amounts which are reflected in the SIA for the overall subdivision improvements?

The plat exhibit lots sold does not reflect which party is responsible for which lots (sidewalk area), nor does it depict developer responsibilities. Identify which lots are the responsibility of the various builders listed in the SIA, developer, and other builders....

Sidewalk exhibit should also identify which builder is responsible per the SIA their are multiple parties.
