1. No drainage comments; Staff anticipates the drainage from this subdivision to have negligible adverse impacts to downstream properties in Unincorporated El Paso County if designed in accordance with City criteria.
2. No transportation comments; access to Filing 5 is mainly via City owned/maintained roadways. Staff understands that City annexation of Bradley road from Powers to City Limits is currently in progress.
