It appears that there are multiple access points on the property frontage along Juanita.

BFFRPD is familiar with this property. The County maintains authority of variances and therefore is a county decision. Of concern for BFFRPD operations is the frequent restrictions/narrowing of Juanita Street due to vehicles in and along roadway. This could be a code enforcement issue if the practice continues regularly. Regarding actual variance request, BFFRPD has no comment. 2/5/2024 9:57:40 AM
