Engineering has the following comments: 1. The legal descriptions checked do not match the plat exhibit, which also doesn't match the land use plan or GIS maps when overlaid. 2. There are two tracts labeled as Parcel B on the plat exhibit. 3. Please verify that Pawnee Road is not excepted from the annexation in the legal descriptions.
