1. Currently the parcel is vacant. Each structure that requires a permit will be required a separate address on a commercial parcel. What is the size of the existing shed. For a commercial shed at 120sq ft, would require a permit. If there is a permit for this shed it is not under the application address. Is there a permit for the shed? Show the shed on the site plan.
