Should be labeled office. Since these hoop structures (temp tension fabric structures) are not permanent and could be moved at later date there is no engineering concern provided adequate drainage is maintained along the block wall. 1. Because the use of the garage is for commercial use and not residential on a residential parcel the garage will require a separate address. Please use the address of 7155 Templeton Gap Road. 2. How tall is the block wall/fence, how tall is the split rail fence? If the trash enclosure exceeds 7’ therefore, a separate address will need to be assigned along with a separate permit.
