Review comments on the following documents: - Letter of Intent - Construction Drawings Staff recommends the applicant contact the City of Colorado Springs to ask for their input on building the proposed extension to City of Colorado Springs standards instead of El Paso County. As well as the best process to have the City of Colorado Springs take over road maintenance of Legacy Hill Drive from the intersection of Legacy Hill Drive/Big Johnson Drive to Bradley Heights Metropolitan District which is City of Colorado Springs Boundary.
