We note and appreciate the Avigation Easement contained in the Site Development Plan. However, it appears to be written in such legalese that neither we, nor or attorney, understand what it actually says. We suggest a more simple statement that refers to "an avigation easement dated ____ as recorded with the El Paso County Clerk and Recorder at recording number ___."
