MLAA has no objections to the proposed project, subject to a review and Statement of No Objection from the FAA Denver ADO per Form 7460-1. The Cessna Drive gate is a separate matter. It has not worked correctly since it was destroyed by a careless driver last October. Our service technician was a member of the MLAA, who suffered a fatal accident here last month. We have engaged Taylor Fence to assume maintenance of the gate. In the meantime, we have decided to lock the gate in the open position until it is fully operational. We request that this not delay this project. (We have 75 aircraft on a waiting list for hangars) |
