DPW Engineering has the following comments/suggestions:

Section 1.2.3 - Should the types of trees allowed on tiered walls be limited/defined, so root system doesn't undermine the walls?

Page 8 - Notes on the left and right side of the exhibit appear to be cut off.

Section 1.4.3 - Section states "Boulders may be substituted for some of the shrubs". Should some have a more definitive answer, whether it's a number or percentage?

Section 1.1.3. Property Rights and the Value of Landscaping
ADD Landscaping also supports ecological systems and helps to protect critical species (pollinators etc.)
ADD Landscaping reduces pollution and served to lessen effects of urban heat sink effect in dense urban residential areas.

Table 1.9
Table 1.9 Irrigation says Bluegrass is recommended. Should be reworded/corrected. Bluegrass Sod should not be recommended.
