I am so sorry for the delay.

EDARP glitched and I was not assigned to the project and had to reassign myself!

One minor comment on SDP!

EPC Stormwater Review
12/5/2023 7:24:40 AM
Review 2: EPC DPW Stormwater has no further comments. Planner: no re-review necessary.

Note: The proposed area of disturbance is less than 1 acre, therefore an ESQCP is not required. If the area of disturbance exceeds 1 acre at any time, all work must be stopped and an ESQCP must be obtained in order to resume construction.

Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) is in receipt of the above referenced permit application and is familiar with the site. Based both on the location and type of action that is proposed CPW believes impacts to the wildlife resource to be negligible. We appreciate being given the opportunity to comment. Please feel free to contact District Wildlife Manager, Tyson Floersheim, should you have any questions or require additional information at 719-439-9634 or via email at tyson.floersheim@state.co.us. 10/13/2023 11:27:09 AM

1. Address on the site plan page C1.0 has permit history with PPRBD for New service & pedestals, underground electrical service, Wire water tank. This address seems to be used in multiple locations. Will any of the existing service connect to the proposed structure? Please clarify.
Detached structures require separate addressing. Email me please. Amy Vanderbeek amy@pprbd.org

The Colorado State Forest Service recommends that all forested acres be mitigated to reduce the risk of wildfire and that defensible space be created around this structure using the standards in the CSFS "Home Ignition Zone Guide" (formerly known as "Quick Guide FIRE 2012-1: Protecting Your Home From Wildfire") located on the Colorado State Forest Service website.

https://csfs.colostate.edu/media/sites/22/2021/04/2021_CSFS_HIZGuide_Web.pdf

In addition, we recommend that all wildfire mitigation be completed before or during construction.
