-A TIS is required for the rezone application for the RVP submitted under a separate application. To be reviewed.
-Please clarify Tract A which is not currently existing since the parcel is unplatted. This Tract should be detailed on the actual plat.
-Please verify and correct lot sizes & acreage
-PCD File # for the Single-Family lot A-35 to RR5 Rezone only is P2315.
