Engineering Review Ver.1 Access for Use Areas 2 and associated lots is not clear. No internal road connection is shown on the concept plan or a connection to Drennan. (Missing from concept plan) Connection and access to Power Blvd is not recommended. RI/RO access to Powers is not recommended. Access and intersection spacing not met. Connection to Peak Innovation Pkwy should be required internal connection. Peak Innovation Pkwy at Powers light has not been installed per required planned TIS improvements. A Drainage Report will be needed to ascertain drainage impacts to areas to the south of the development area. Request copy of the Drainage Report when generated. (not submitted) Recommend reviewing the following County projects to ensure synchronization PCD File # PPR2320 and SF2318 (Powers/Grinnell & Bradley/Grinnell) Recommend TIS be updated now over 3yrs old.
