Regarding a request for approval of a request for administrative relief, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. Enumerations has no objection to the lot line adjustment. However, since Lot 102 will now have a 4 foot side yard setback, the home built there will need to comply with building code which requires additional fire protection. A site specific splice to whatever master plan will be submitted for permitting will be required. For more information on what will be required to comply with building code, the applicant should contact an RBD Construction plan reviewer.
