A letter of intent that discusses preliminary plan criteria was submitted for the rezone. If one letter is to be used for a concurrent preliminary plan submittal please address the rezone (Map Amendment) criteria in the letter of Intent(LOI).

A meeting to discuss Sterling Ranch Road is needed. Timing of that road will impact this development.
