Both Sections 5.2.40.B.2 (Outside Storage) and Sections 6.2.2.D require screening/buffering so we cannot accept the plan as presented. Can accept alternative landscape plan that leaves out minimum ground cover standards for perimeter buffer but will need to see either opaque fencing, shrubs, sufficient trees or a combination (instead of both opaque fencing and sufficient tree/shrub buffer). 1. Because the use of the garage is for commercial use and not residential on a residential parcel the garage will require a separate address. Please use the address of 7155 Templeton Gap Road. 2. How tall is the block wall/fence, how tall is the split rail fence? If the trash enclosure exceeds 7’ therefore, a separate address will need to be assigned along with a separate permit.
