- Per El Paso County Resolution 19-471 Road Impact Fees are applicable to this project. The land use category used to assess fee is Single-Family. Road Impact fees are due at the time of land use approval or building permit approval whichever comes last per Resolution 19-471. - Driveway access permit will be required for the second driveway prior to construction and building permit approval.

There is no Driveway Access Permit on file for existing driveway or secondary driveway. A Driveway Access Permit is required for all access points onto a county or private road. Please apply for a driveway access permit through EDARP, https://epcdevplanreview.com/ . Under "Getting Started" click on "Initiate a minor application", select Access Permit, and enter a valid email address. A verification code will be sent to the email provided. The verification code will be needed to access the application online.

- From EA2332b the driveway access permit fee for the existing residence will be waived since the residence was built prior to 1973. The driveway access permit fee for the new residence will be approximately $204 (subject to change).

- Road Impact Fees will apply for the secondary dwelling. Fees are due at the time of building permit approval. For further fee information please visit https://publicworks.elpasoco.com/road-impact-fees/
