Review 1 comments will be uploaded by the project manager. Review comments on the following documents: - Letter of Intent For your information: - A Driveway Access Permit is required for all access points onto a county or private road within unincorporated El Paso County. Please apply for a driveway access waiver through EDARP, https://epcdevplanreview.com/ . Under "Getting Started" click on "Initiate a minor application", select Access Permit, and enter a valid email address. A verification code will be sent to the email provided. The verification code will be needed to access the application online. Applicant will be required to submit a site plan showing the proposed location of the driveway. Please note the maximum width for a residential driveway is 24 feet. The driveway access waiver is not a requirement for this PUD approval, however it is a prerequisite for building permit approval. - Road Impact Fees will be accessed at the time of building permit issuance. Refer to: https://publicworks.elpasoco.com/road-impact-fees/ for information regarding road impact fees. New homes are accessed under "Single-Family" land use.
