Review 1 Comments: - Letter of Intent: Please add a statement confirming there will be no adverse impacts to adjacent properties or existing stormwater runoff patterns. For all future submittals please include scope of work, quantity of land disturbance if proposed, and the statement referenced above. Any work within county right-of-way requires a Work in Right-of-Way permit from El Paso County Department of Public Works. It is the applicant's responsibility to obtain permits and coordinate with utility companies. The parcel has a driveway access permit on file, AP 7542.
