BFE varies from 6163 to the west to 6158 to the east. Elevation certificates required at permit issuance and closure. Also a no rise certification is required for all work in the floodway. |

1. 3627 W Colorado Ave seems to be the address for the entire project. On the site plan page SDP2 clarify the use of each building and every service on site. 2. The proposed out door kitchen will have outside electrical and gas? If this is correct, show the new meter or the existing connection for the electrical and/or gas. 3. Is the proposed restroom attached to any building near the pool? Is the janitor side attached and is this new as well? 4. Pool barn location seems to be the location of the pool. See page A101(schematic plan) on reference site plan. Please clarify, this vicinity map is confusing. 5. On the lighting plan C1.6. Is the proposed cabin numbered 38, 30/31? Some of the cabins are marked existing but the majority are not. Please clarify. The intent letter states 24 existing cabins, mark all that are proposed. We will need the site plan updated for any and all future remodels and/or new structures being added. Are the numbers that are shown on the site plan, on the cabins, marked this way on site? If not, show the labeling for addressing to each building as it is on site, to reflect the site plan. 6. Adelphia service on site at 3629 W Colorado Ave. Check with Colorado Springs Utilities to see if this address is active.
