Applicant has not addressed any comments made on first submittal. Please add the following to the site plan:

- The parties responsible for this plan have familiarized themselves with all current accessibility criteria and specifications and the proposed plan reflects all site elements required by the applicable ADA design standards and guidelines as published by the United States Department of Justice. Approval of this plan by El Paso County does not assure compliance with the ADA or any regulations or guidelines enacted or promulgated under or with respect to such laws.

- Vicinity Map
- Signature block the Planning and Community Development Director a minimum of 1 inch by 2 inches
- Location and dimensions of all existing and proposed signage on site
- Location of all garbage receptacles with a graphical depiction of the screening mechanism

Add the following to the Letter of Intent:
- Property tax schedule number

Same comments have been added to Site Plan and Letter of Intent (see comments in green) and will be included in engineering review comments once completed.

Driveway Access Permit. Request will be for a Commerical Driveway Access Permit not a waiver. Valley Street is a County Road.

Letter of Intent_V1 Please detail type of business use i.e. office, warehouse, etc in the LOI.
A drainage letter will be needed in order to review grading and drainage sheet in the CDs. Additional comments may be generated once the drainage letter is reviewed.
