In the "Narrative for Zoning Review" please include the size of the concrete pad and amount of grading anticipated for the concrete pad and generator. Please also include a statement confirming the proposed work will not adversely impact drainage or adjacent properties.

FYI: It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure compliance with any state regulations regarding fuel storage and spill cleanups for the proposed diesel generator.
