PM please open a slot for a traffic impact study. Applicant is required to submit a traffic impact study for review. The traffic impact study shall address access criteria for the proposed access points and meet ECM Appendix B criteria for a traffic memorandum. Please discuss if road improvements are required to Londonderry for the proposed access, if criteria is not met access will be restricted to one single access point of Towner Road.

2. Trash enclosure is under 7 feet in height and will not require a separate address or permit.
