Paint Brush Hills is concerned about the Draining. This area is a major storm water drainage path and the building of such lots would affect PBHs residents down stream and also increase maintenance on the District. Also noted on sheets 2 of 4 and 4 of 4,of the Grading Plan a road or easement into PBH was added. I believe the current owner that those lots did NOT approve the easement and PBH objects to this easement. Similar easements has caused confusion and ill will to neighbors. Staff is unclear why the District is asking for solid waste, parks and recreation, water and wastewater powers if no infrastructure nor services are to be provided as stated with the Plan and the exhibits included within the Plan. Please email staff, that July 20th is agreeable for Planning Commission and identify if the Plan is to change so staff can open a slot and EDARP and craft staff report. If applicant is electing not to revise plan, please file Plan with the EPC Clerk and Recorder. July 20th Planning Commission: BOCC Set Date: August 1 Publish Notice: August 2 BOCC Hearing date: August 22 |
