Waiver Requests must be heard by the Planning Commission and Board of County Commissioners and are intended "to provide for flexibility in the application of this Code when a subdivision design standard is inapplicable or inappropriate to a specific subdivision design."

Was the intent to request this waiver in front of the boards mentioned above?

Seems more appropriate to request an alternative landscape plan. Alternative landscape options exist for low/no water situations. Please show some landscape effort along portion of property line along E Las Vegas St.

i.e. Native grasses, low/no water shrubs, xeriscape, mulch, decorative rock, boulders, etc.
