Section 5.3.1 of the Land Development Code says “A temporary use permit may be issued to allow for installation of temporary emergency or critical facilities related to a utility or communication site, after any required approval has been granted to establish the permanent facility.”

Section 5.2.21.B of the Land Development Code says “construction trailers and field offices shall comply with required zoning setbacks and dimensional standards, and all other applicable requirements of this code”

Section 5.2.53 (Temporary Housing) says “A recreational vehicle or tiny house shall only be used as temporary housing as defined in Chapter 1 of this Code with a temporary use permit if a building permit has been issued and remains active for a permanent dwelling.”
