1. Need to see sign distance from property lines. Signs 6 feet or shorter must be at least 3 feet from property line. Signs 6 feet and taller must be setback a minimum of 10 feet from property line. 2. Need to see building height associated with Pylon Sign (2.3) (Sign cannot exceed height of building | 6.2.10.D.2.b.iv 3. Please address comments from Colorado Dept. of Transportation Comments on Page 6 of Sign Plan: Low Profile Signs may be located in a setback area, but shall be located no closer than 3 feet from a lot, parcel, or tract line. Freestanding signs taller than 6 feet shall be setback a minimum of 10 feet from lot line. (6.2.10.D.2.b.iii) The maximum height of a freestanding sign shall not exceed the height of the building with which the sign is associated. (6.2.10.D.2.b.iv) |
