Pikes Peak Regional Building Department

1. The lean-to structure would require plan submittal to Regional Building Department as a commercial structure and a permit to follow. 2. If the barn structure 25x55, is being used for the business use, it will need to be converted into a commercial building from residential. Contact a Construction Plan Reviewer for more information. 3. Is the block truck heater on a separate meter from the home? If not where is the power to the heater coming from. This may require a permit, I am not seeing a permit for this heater. Amy Vanderbeek Enumerations Plans Examiner Pikes Peak Regional Building Department O: 719-327-2930 E: Amy@pprbd.org |
