Review 1 Comments: Please revise the following documents per the comments listed below

- Letter of Intent: Please add a statement confirming the proposed structure will not adversely impact adjacent properties or existing stormwater runoff patterns.

- Site Plan: Please add and label the 5-foot utility and drainage easement on each side lot line. Please add and label the 10-foot utility and drainage easement on the front and rear property lines. The letter of intent states the patio will be 13 feet from the rear lot line, but the site plan shows 15 feet. Please revise either document for consistency.
