1. Review 1 comments will be uploaded by the project manager. Review comments on the following documents: - Construction Drawings - Drainage Letter - Financial Assurance Estimate NOTE: Stormwater Team are not included within these redlines but will be uploaded separately at a later date. 2. Replace the pond agreement with a draft amendment document to the recorded detention maintenance agreement that adds the following language/condition: "The district agrees to replace the underground water quality system with an approved aboveground water quality facility should it not function to the required level of performance as outlined in the attached Performance Monitoring Program, both at the owner's expense." The intent is to leave the existing recorded pond maintenance agreement as is and record a second document as an addendum. Insert the same signature blocks from the previous agreement on the new document. 3. The stormwater engineering team is drafting the Performance Monitoring Program and will be provided to the applicant for review.
