Regarding a request for approval of a development plan for Crawford Ave. Multifamily, Enumerations has the following comments: 1. This tract does not yet have an address assigned. One will be assigned as part of the platting process which will occur along with this development plan. This address will be what needs to be used when submitting building plans for permitting. 2. The letter of intent states that there will be 2 buildings on this site. After discussing the elevations shown in this plan with our construction plans examiner it was decided that, barring any changes, this would be considered a single building. As a result, only one address will be assigned for this project, and the secondary addressing shown in the plan meets the RBD secondary addressing guidelines.
