b. Provide and receive approval of construction drawings (CDs) and a Financial Assurances Estimate (FAE) no later than one year following recording of The Ridge at Lorson Ranch Filing No. 1 final plat, and prior to recording any additional final plats in Lorson Ranch following The Ridge at Lorson Ranch Filing No. 1.
c. Provide financial assurances in the amount of the FAE, minus the amount held in escrow, prior to recording the next final plat beyond The Ridge at Lorson Ranch Filing No. 1.
d. Construct the signal and intersection improvements within two years of recording the next final plat following The Ridge at Lorson Ranch Filing No. 1.
(If City requirements affect any of these conditions, that will need to be agreed to and documented.)

Regarding a request for approval of a final plat for Hillside at Lorson Ranch Filing No. 1, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. Addressing has been assigned for and appears on, the plat. After a cursory review of the addressing, it appears to be correct. Enumerations will do a full review before signing off on the plat prior to recording.
2. Prior to recording, Enumerations will review the plat for addressing, title block, floodplain statement and street names. An Enumerations fee of $10 per lot/tract to which an address has been assigned will be due at the time of mylar review.
