No access exists for the parcel # 6128402016 to a public road.
A recorded access easement agreement would be required to provide access to a public road (Fools Gold Ln)
A County driveway access permit would be required at time of building permit.
A BESQCP would be required at the time of building permit.
Road Impact Fees would be applicable at paid at time of building permit.
Parcels 6128402016 & 6128402020 appear by County record to have been subdivided recently in 2002.
Recommend review of recorded Quit Claim deeds with respect to Plat #869 for conformity of both lots.
Recommend clarification/correction of ADM request letter for the intent to purchase both parcels aforementioned to build one (1) single home on a single lot.
