Engineering Review Ver.2 Engineering comments have been resolved. EPC RIF Note to be added to SDP for final PCD approval. Note there are discrepancies between the SDP_V2,and Floor Plans_V1 for the building sqft. This may be due to scaling issues on the sheets. Scale is missing. SDP_V2 measures the new bldg at 3200sqft and the Floor Plan_V1 measures at ~3000sqft. Floorplan appears to be more accurate than SDP_V2. 3000sqft will be used for calculation of EPC Road Impact Fee Institutional $2371/1000sqft Road Impact Fee $7,113.00 RIF to be paid at time of building permit.
