The Developer has been in communication with Woodmoor Water & Sanitation District No 1 (WWSD). WWSD and the Developer will collaborate on utility plans and locations as well as any improvements to water or sanitary sewer systems that are found to be necessary in order to serve the development. The Developer will be required to submit a supplemental water service request letter to the WWSD Board of Directors and is encouraged to meet with WWSD staff to discuss supplemental water service and any questions the Developer may have prior to doing so. 8/9/2022 10:20:26 AM

The Town has been in discussions with the school district to annex the school properties. If successful, this parcel of land may be considered an enclave. The Town has the authority to annex enclaves, however, the Town would not anticipate this annexation occurring until after the entitlement process with El Paso County was completed and potentially construction has commenced.

Monument Planning has no comment on the proposed rezoning application.
