1. When submitting plans to RBD, do not use the address on the title block on the development plan, 9985 Towner Ave (okay to leave on the dp). The address that should be used is 10102 Keynes Drive. 2. Please email me with the answers to my questions; Are the utilities active for the utility shed, that is intended to be removed? What address was used to issue a permit for the shed with RBD? What is the address used for the electrical panel that will be removed & equipment to utility building? 1. The leg of what is tract B of Paint Brush Hills Filing No 14 is the access to tract A of Paint Brush Hills filing No 12, tract A will be the location of the pump house. The address to utilize for the pump house is 10102 Keynes Drive. 2. Are there utilities active for the utility shed that is intended to be removed? A wrecking permit will be required through Regional Building Department (RBD) for this shed. What address was used to permit this shed with RBD? 3. What is the address used for the electrical panel that will also be removed? 4. RBD shows the address to the well services as 9924 Rockingham Drive. This was also confirmed with MVEA. We do not have any comments at this time. This is our project and we are overseeing this as needed. It was also noted that the drainage letter had a comment referring to the letter submitted for Scenic View Storm Water Pond.
