Description

Request by Blue & Silver Development Partners LLC (USAFA Land Lessee), with representation by Matrix Design Group, Jason Alwine, for approval of the USAFA Visitors Center at True North Commons. If approved the proposed application would allow for the development of the new USAFA Visitors Center. The site is zone PUD (Planned Unit Development, Ordinance No. 19-18) consisting of 8.6 acres located on the west side of Interstate 25 at North Gate Boulevard as part of USAFA.
