Regarding a request for approval of a site development plan, Enumerations has the following comments: 1. Since the kennel/barn are used for commercial purposes, they should have been assigned separate addresses and had building plans submitted for permit prior to their construction. Enumerations will not assign addresses to these structures retroactively. However, any future buildings will need to have an address assigned and building permits issued. A Driveway Access Waiver is required for all parcels within unincorporated El Paso County proposing access onto a road not platted as county right-of-way. Please apply for a driveway access waiver through EDARP, https://epcdevplanreview.com/ . Under "Getting Started" click on "Initiate a minor application", select Access Permit, and enter a valid email address. A verification code will be sent to the email provided.
