Marksheffel Rd. must be built with the same pavement cross-section and public improvements as the section east of Vollmer: 68' wide pavement mat, four 11' thru lanes, 12' center turn lane, two 6' shoulders, 10' trail on south of Marksheffel and 6' sidewalk on north of Marksheffel. Street construction plans must be submitted to the City via Project Dox for Engineering Development Review and Traffic Engineering review/approval prior to construction of Marksheffel. The following comments were presented at the November 16, 2022 Airport Advisory Commission meeting with no objections: Subject to Airport Advisory Commission Action Airport staff recommends no objection with the following conditions: • Avigation Easement: An avigation easement is requested or provide proof of previous recording (book/page or reception number) for development plan/plat. • FAA Form 7460-1: If use of equipment (permanent or temporary) will exceed 200 feet above ground level in height at this site, the applicant is to file an airspace evaluation case with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and provide the results to the Airport before the commencement of construction activities.
