The fee obligation, if not paid at final plat recording, shall be documents on all sales documents and in plat notes to ensure that a title search would find the fee obligation before sale of the property." 1. It appears the assessor’s website shows the existing residence as 10783 Dark Sky Trail and will need to be changed back to 11810 Goodson Road. The permitted address 11810 Goodson Road did not have an address change, RBD records are fine as is, but the assessor’s will need to change the address on their end. 2. No further comments.
