1. The proposed building can use the existing lot address of 7920 Industry Road. Please use this address when submitting plans for permit.
2. How tall is the trash enclosure? If over 7’ in height a separate address and permit will be required.
3. It appears this building will be a single tenant building. If that is not the case, please be sure to use our secondary addressing guidelines when submitting plans for review.
