I apologize for the prior mistake I made in reviewing this plat. This will need to go before the Planning Commission and Board of County Commissioners as a vacation of right-of-way. Please revise the signature block on the plat back to the BoCC certificate. Remove the last part that says "the dedications of land to the public..." to the end since there is no land being dedicated with this plat. Add a signature line for the PCD Director underneath the BoCC Chair signature line. Please remove the note in the LOI requesting an administrative action. Please note that this project cannot be scheduled for Planning Commission hearing prior to recording of Glen at Widefield Filing No. 11. 9/7/2022 3:35:13 PM

Regarding a request for approval of a final plat for The Glen at Widefield Fil. No. 11A, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. The Glen at Widefield Fil. No. 11 has not been recorded yet, and addressing for The Glen at Widefield Fil. No. 11 has not yet been established. As a result, there are no addresses to add to Fil. No. 11A. Once the addresses for Lots 25 and 71 are established through the recording of Filing 11, these addresses need to be added to the plat for Fil. 11A.
2. Enumerations will review the mylar prior to recording as per usual. No Enumerations fee will be due at the time of review, since the addresses will have already been established with the recording of Fil. 11
