I recommend that the Detention Maintenance Agreement be recorded with the final plat. I will therefore submit my comments to it in that file. 6/12/2022 9:55:44 AM

Per MVEA:
The Association requests twenty (20) foot front, side, and rear utility easements on commercial
lots and will work with the developer on the design of the electric service and to acquire any
additional easements. The Association also requests the platting of the Association’s existing
facilities with easements on the plat.

Per the PPRD
1. Since the Man Cave garage concept is no is no longer proposed. The area will need to be readdressed. There will be a readdressing fee to do so. Building address will be assigned by Enumerations. I am fine with you assigning unit numbers for internal use only.
2. Provide a 100 scale copy or larger of the entire APPROVED development plan (d.p.) to this department so that addressing can be assigned. Once received, the development plan will be placed on a list to be addressed. Development plans that are not yet approved may be addressed, however additional plan review fees will accrue if changes are made to the D.P. after initial addressing.
3. From end to end will buildings b-d be attached per building construction code?
