Engineer Review Ver.2 Comments addressed on the following documents. TIS V2. Condition of approval. 1. Site Development Plan submittal will provide an updated TIS to include site access, site generated traffic and updates to road improvements and findings etc. 2. Cost share/escrow for improvements of Franceville Coal Mine Road to HWY 94 to be addressed at the Site Plan submittal. 3.
