Regarding a request for approval of a use variance to allow a second residence on a parcel, Enumerations has the following comments: 1. Enumerations has no objection to the use variance. The second residence will require a separate address. The applicant should contact Enumerations to establish this address prior to submitting building plans for review/permit. The US Fish and Wildlife Service commented on this project directly to Chuck Runge on March 21, 2022. We have no further comments as long as the scope of the project does not change such that new direct or indirect impacts to Kettle Creek and its riparian vegetation could result. | 4/13/2022 11:43:02 AM | |
