Please submit a signed and stamped traffic memo per DORA bylaws to get ready for approval. Unresolved comments in the traffic study will be addressed in an updated traffic study to address remaining concerns with the concurrent site development plan. Note that the following might be added as conditions of approval for the deviation request for the right in right out access point on Peterson Road:

-An auxiliary lane might be required on Peterson Road even if the turning movements do not trigger the improvement.
-A raised median for the right in right out on Peterson Road would be required. A painted median will not be allowed.
-Access point on Peterson Road might be restricted to be exclusively a right in or a right out.
-If speed limit on Peterson Road increases over 45 mph, Peterson Road is widened, or the County Engineer deems it is not safe anymore, the access point will have to be closed.

NOTE TO PLANNER: set review cycle to 3 days.

Per our conversation today, some of the items that I would like the Traffic Memo to address are the following:

For the autoturn exhibit:
- Revise the exhibit to include a single unit moving truck ingress and egress at both access locations.
- The striped median will not work. There will need to be a raised median to enforce the right-in right-out movement. If that
does not work we can consult with the Engineering Manager to determine if a raised median on Peterson Road would work.
For now, run the autoturn exhibit with a raised median.
- Avoid curb on the autoturn exhibit.
- In the Traffic Memo discuss queuing on the Peterson Rd access point. Also discuss whether an auxiliary lane would it
increase safety for that access point and if it would fit in the ROW.
