Review 1: Per ECM Appendix I.6, due to the ownership of the property changing, a new ESQCP is required. Please submit all associated documentation, even if they are duplicates of the previous ESQCP docs in some cases, including: SWMP, GEC Plan, GEC & SWMP Checklists, PBMP Applicability Form, ESQCP Application, and FAE Form. For the GEC Plan: show existing and proposed temporary and permanent BMPs, and proposed limits of disturance.
