Review 1. Property is adjacent to a sensitive area (Fountain Creek) and will require an ESQCP. In addition, WQ will be required if disturbance is greater than 1 acre. Please provide all necessary SW documents for review and confirm proposed area of disturbance. Reviewed by: Christina Prete, P.E. Stormwater Engineer III christinaprete@elpasoco.com |

There is an existing easement that runs through your site that will need to be shown on the plan. You will need to call out size and reception on plan. No metal units will can be on top of the easement. | 5/10/2022 9:30:18 AM

1. Will the existing buildings be used for storage to the general public as well? 2. The main address along with building letters will need to be assign to all storage buildings. A-F if the existing buildings will be used for storage. The lettering should increase on the site as the addressing does down the street. Starting at the gate, the north bldg. is A and so on. Label all buildings with the lettering that apply to storage to the general public. Please email me with a copy. No further comments. Southern 10-15 ft of the parcel along the creek is floodway and either needs to be left open or provide No-rise certification prepared by a licensed engineer prior to floodplain permit. Buildings located in the flood fringe will need to be elevated to 1 ft above BFE or anchored and vented, parking or storage only. | 4/27/2022 3:46:26 PM
